MEET
GILMOUR
Here’s a rare picture of me posing.
It was many attempts of me trying to take a picture of myself on my camera. Even as a photographer, I completely understand the awkwardness of posing for a picture. I WON’T PUT YOU IN THAT POSITION!
Lets get cracking with some natural shots.
About me?
Well, I’m a husband to the most supportive wife I could ask for. I’m a dog-father to Heidi, our miniature golden doodle. I have a bottomless pit of a tummy.
When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we wanted to find a photographer who wouldn’t put us in awkward and unnatural poses. We wanted to enjoy our experience that we had spent months planning and not be reminded of awkward poses when reminising on our day. This is why I specialise in capturing natural moment. I do this because I care about your memories.
As a wedding photographer, it’s my job to capture all of the love, joy, and (let’s be real) chaos that unfolds on your big day. But really, my role goes much deeper than just snapping a few pictures.
You see, I’m not just a photographer – I’m a storyteller. It’s my job to not only document the events of the day, but to also capture the emotions and connections between you and your partner.
And let me tell you, it’s not always easy. Sometimes I have to get creative to get those candid, authentic shots. But it’s all worth it in the end when I see the looks of pure joy and love on my couples’ faces.
But my job doesn’t end when the wedding is over. No, I’m also responsible for preserving your love story for generations to come. Your wedding photos will be passed down to your children, and someday, maybe even your grandkids. And it’s my job to make sure those photos are timeless and capture the true essence of your love.
So, if you’re planning a wedding and looking for a photographer, don’t just hire anyone with a camera. Hire a storyteller – hire a wedding photographer. Trust me, your future self (and your grandkids) will thank you.
